About:Shanghai Weather

I am visiting Shanghai during 27-30 December. Is it good time to visit? or Is it really too cold?

I am planning to stay on the bund, waldorf astroria. Is it an easy access?

It will be 40 F to 50 F during this period. It won't be extremely cold. Thus it will be ok for you to tour around the Bund. Don't worry. You are advised to prepare enough winter clothes, such as down jackets, sweaters, long johns, gloves and scarves.
