How to get the Certificate of no Marriage in China?

Hi! I'd like to know how to get the Certificate of no Marriage in China? My fiancè called the Minzheng Ju already and said they can't give. Can you please help us? Thank you

Hi, you are suggseted to inquiry your fiancè's work unit or neighborhood committee or the government of town level and above to see if they could provide what you need.
