Badaling suitable for pram?

We are very keen to visit here with our 2 year old son but would like to know if it would be suitable with a pram? I saw on the video that some ppl had prams but would that be only for a small section?

Wendy, I heard barrier-free access and elevator are available there, but it can only reach the pass city.
