About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Day Hotel with swimming pool and Pram Hire in Guangzhou international airport

We will have a 7 hour stop over - does the International Airport have a day hotel, a swimming pool and pram hire?

As I know, the airport does not provide the pram hire, but in order to make sure, you are suggested to consult the airport directly. The phone number is 020-36066999.
The airport does not have hotel, but the Pullman Hotel is not very far away and you can choose to stay there for one day.
