Can anyone help me? Is the baby pram about 6.5kg can be taken aboard to the airplane flying from Melbourne to Shanghai,China?

It depends on the airlines’ policies. Some airlines allow free luggage for infant but some do not. Would you please tell me which airlines’ flight you will take?
