Two transits within 5 days

Hi, I'm an italian Citizen and will transit for 38hours in Shanghai, then fly for 2 days to Taipei (Taiwan) and then I will transit other 40hours in Bejing.
Can I do 2 transits (1x in Shanghai + 1x in Bejing) within 5 days, on outbound and inbound flight Milan-Shanghai-Taipei-Bejing-Milan?
