go to Copenhagen for VISA to China?

We are two senior lectures from Malmö University, that will go to China to visit a college for 9 days in south of China . Is it possible for us to go to Copenhagen with our filled in document for the application of VISA instead of sending it to Stockholm together with our passport? It would be easier for us to go to the embassy in Copenhagen ?
