About:Couple's Retreat Garden

Hello, I am a Pakistani national and Canadian PR card holder.

I am travelling to China on Chinese visa in next 10 days and shall be staying there for a week. Can I travel to Macau for 3 nights on Chinese visa?

No, you cannot. You need to apply for a separate visa for Macau if you want to go there for a visit.
