I am an international worker living in Samara. I wish to apply a bussiness visa to attend a conference in Beijing. 1) Can I submit my application documents at Chinese Embassy Moscow without any previous appointment? 2) What is the processing time for Urgent Visa service?Regards

If the conference is for commercial purposes, you need to apply for an M type. If it's for business with some public authority or state-run companies or schools, you can apply for an F type.
