About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi I need advice. I am flying UK - HKG - Macau - Shanghai - UK

I will stay in Shanghai from 17th-23rd (6 days) Will I need a visa or does the 144 hours apply to me? If I do not need it, do I need to fill out any forms/special landing card etc?

Thanks in advance!

James, the 144 hours free transit applies to you. Before landing, you just need to fill out a regular arrival/departure card on the plane.
