Without making a chart for you, to see in which houses were your planets, and if a planet or a certain house was under stress, one cannot tell you much about your fortune, only knowing you were born in the year of the Dragon. It could be that your 2nd House of Money was stressed. For example if Pluto transits through your 2nd House, it could stay there a minimum of 11 years and a maximum of 20 years.
