Do we have a new visa requirements for those traveling to China since the situation has now changed

Do we have a new visa requirements for those traveling to China since the situation has now changed ?

Can I now invite a friend to come visit me if I am on Z VISA here in China?

China has resumed to issue all kinds of visas and the requirements are the same as before. As for your friend, he or she can apply for a tourist visa to come to China.
