renew fec with new employer in same province

Question

Hi, I have a working permit which expires on 25th of March 2017, I just found a job in a new company in Yixing, Jiangsu, but they never hired a foreigner, what documents they need to have to renew my FEC. I hope you can give me an answer asap. I have cancellation letter of y FEC and all other documents.

Ahmed, you need to first cancel your FEC, and then ask your new employer to apply you a new FEC. They may need to provide your release letter, passport, education background proof, new work contract, proof from your new employer and a letter from duly authorized unit, and two recent photos of yours.
