No bank Acc but want to travel

Hie my name is Victor I have been working in sa for sometime .i have been budgeting my money for 3 years.i have made enough to travel to China.my quastion is tht can I get a visa without money in my Acc coz I never put my money in my acc,but I have it in hard cash
