Opening Bank Acc For Foreigner

hi im from Malaysia..it is still possible to open account bank at china for 2019? because i heard the rules has been changed now 2019 for applying bank count in china foreigner cannot open bank anymore is that true?..i need to use alipay and wechat wallet for many kind of transaction..

I haven't heard any of such rules. You can apply for the Chinese bank account as long you are eligible for the requirements. You can also contact the Chinese banks to verify it.
