Questions regarding Chinese student visa application

Hi,

I am Salman and I am from Somalia so I have qauestions to ask about the Chinese student X type
1. Can I apply for my student X type in china embassy of Djibouti?
2. What are the requirements for the X type? Or what are the documents that I should bring along to qualify for the X type?
3. Do I have to fill out the application form, make appointment and bring the application form with me on the day I will come to embassy?
Also I have the application form in a PDF format so please either tell me where I can submit this application form or provide a link which leads me to the online application form where I can fill out the application online and print out the form
