About:China Private Visit Visa

Hi, I have an L visa and would like to extend my stay in China.

This is my 2nd time to enter China, first was L type that was extended 1 month as S2 type.

my question is, up to how many days is allowed to extend and S2 type?

Jermane, the extended days won’t exceed the original duration of stay of your current S2 type.

Thank you. So it means if my Original S2 type is 30 days. I can extend it for only 30 days.
I would like to ask also, i already got china L type before and extended it as s2, i went out of the mainland and back here in the philippines. I would like to apply again a tourist type, what is the possibility of rejection? Or they will issue another L type since ive got it before?

It is still possible for you to get a new tourist L type for China from Philippines.
