bus to jinshanling service area / free shuttle

Question

As there are People telling other stories: Option 1 is not possible by March, 26th, is it? So I have to take Option 2: Coach to Luanping from Wangjing West Subway Station and get off at Jinshanling Service Area. Then proceed with the free shuttle. You say the free shuttle goes to either gate. So is it possible to get off at the east gate in the morning and then catch the free shuttle in the afternoon at west gate to get back to Coach stop at Jinshanling Service Area to get back to beijing from there?Thank you in Advance!Felix

Direct bus from BJ to the Wall does not operate on March. 26. You need to take option 2.You can surely start your hiking from the east gate and get down the wall from the west gate. There are shuttle buses available at the west gate for your return trip.
