About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Do I need a visa if I travel from Singapore to Guangzhou and then Guangzhou to Hong Kong?

I am a Singaporean passport

No, you don't need it. Singaporean passport holder do not need the entry permit for mainland China if the stay is within 15 days and they do not need it for HK either if the stay is less than 90 days.
