About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong Shanghai

Hi,
I'm in Hong Kong, will travel to Shanghai, and back to Hong Kong.
Can I apply for the 144h visa at Shanghai's airport?

No, it's not possible. You cannot come and go from the place. But you could arrive from HK and than take a flight from SH to Macau (and than take a boat to HK). That would be possible.
