Visa application form?

He everybody!

I'm going to Beijing next wednesday to start my transmongolia express. I will be coming from Nepal and need to obtain my mongolian visa. I've got all the forms needed (incl LOI by travel agency), but do I need to download an apllication form online or do they provide it at the embassy on arrival?
