About:How to Buy Tickets

Buying train ticket beforehand?

I ll be traveling in early April to Shanghai Suzhou Hangzhou n Beijing. Can I buy ticket when I arrive or do I buy before arriving. Thanks.

You can buy the ticket after your arrival. For short trips between Shanghai, suzhou and Hangzhou, the ticket availability should be OK. However, for a longer trip like Hangzhou to Beijing, it would be better to book it in advance. The ticket can be sold out sometimes when the travel date is approaching.
