Question about Q1 Extension in China

Dear Officer,I am, from Czech Republic married to a Chinese national and have kids I made Q1 visa for 2 years which will expire on April it is possible to extend for 2 more years here in China or I have to go back home and again apply for new ? Thank you for your time .
