About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I travel on NZL passport to from Auckland to Shanghai with stop over in HK.

On the way back, the same way, I want to stop over, just for few hours in HK, then fly back to NZL.
Would be HK classified as the third country? Would I be eligible for the 144h free transit visa? Thanks, Stefan

You won't qualify given your stops in HK.
