travel to various chinese territories

Question

Dear Srs.:I am a Costa Rican who would like to travel to various Chinese territories.  I hereby would like to know about the visa requirement for them all; the countries are: Hong Kong, Beijing, Xian, Seoul and Narita.  I am receiving mixed information from different sites, and for some of the areas, I am not seeing anything.  I would really appreciate your assistance.  ThanksSincerely,Gordon

Gordon, as for HK, you can go there directly for a stay of not more than 30 days. As for mainland China, you should apply for a tourist L type. You need to provide your passport and its photocopy, a completed application form, a bareheaded color photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the China embassy to apply for the tourist L type. As for Korea and Japan, you should contact with the Korean embassy and Japan embassy and know about the relevant information.
