if i got visa x How could i make a Temporary Residence Permit or Residence Permit

Esalm, if you got the student X1 type, you should first prepare your passport, the application form, a bareheaded color photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, the admission letter, and JW form. Next, submit the application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for the residence permit.
