Do Budget hotels assist in getting a taxi?

Hello! How much is a taxi fare from Tiananmen Square to Beijing Capital airport? Do budget hotels in BJ provide assistance of getting a taxi? We staying in the budget hotel and I wonder if I could expect the front desk get us a taxi when we check out or do we need to make arrangements ourselves upfront? Thank you for your time! Angela
