Climbing on dangerous passes in winter

Hi, I would like to hike all the dangerous passes available. I saw some pictures that the mountain during winter is really beautiful. May i know does the dangerous passes open/able to hike during winter?

Syamsul, as I know, all the sights on the mountain will be open unless is snows heavily. You may check the weather before going there.
