Philippines to USA with 9hrs layover in shanghai

Hi,

I am a Philippine passport holder. Am I allowed to go out of Shanghai Pudong Int'l Airport and visit tourist spots in Shanghai during my layover?

Nalyn, if you travel like that, you will be able to enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You can apply for a free temporary stay permit at Shanghai airport and then you can go to the city for a visit.
