how do i get to Tianyun Mountain from Gubei water town? book a hotel in the water town via online?

Cherry, you can book a hotel on the official website of the water town.
Taking public bus to Tianyun Mountain might not be very convenient, as you need to transfer for several times. It is suggested you charter a car for your round-trip.
