Shanghai Station to Pudong Airport

I have plan using Soft Sleeper overnight train D-308 form Xian North to Shanghai depart 19:50 from Xian.
My flight departs from Pudong at 10:00 on the following day.
Is that possible if I use that overnight ride and arrive at Pudong Airport 2 hours before departure?
What is the best way to go to Pudong Airport from Shanghai Railway Station to catch up the flight schedule?

It is too risk to catch your flight at 10:00. Generally, it will take around 1.5h from Shanghai railway station to Pudong airport, if you meet traffic jam, you will miss your flight.

Taking the subway, it takes about 90min, so if any delay on the way, it maybe a little risky for your next flight, especially an internatinal flight. By taxi, it may takes about 1 hour without traffic problem. However, the traffic condition is hard to predict.
