About:China Train

Train from Kunming to Lijiang for 6 adults

We are a group of 6 adults. We would like to book tickets on 14 April 2017. Can we book 2 whole compartments? We can pay for 8 beds.

We are arriving at Kunming airport at 6:30pm. Please recommend which train to take?

As I know one passenger can only buy one ticket by using the travel document. In this way, you cannot get 8 tickets with 6 travel document. Maybe you can think about hard sleeper instead. Or if you are looking for K9612 and K9606 you may try a special type of cabin. This kind of cabin allows a maximum of 3 passengers with 3 beds on each cabin. So that you can have two cabins of your own.

If you can borrow two of you friends or family members' passport, you can book 8 beds, since the real name policy that each ticket need to have one person's name and each person cannot hold more than one bed at the same ride, if you can find two more passport, you can book 8 beds.
