REQUEST FOR AGENCY NUMBER OF CHINESE EMBASSY IN RWANDA

I am filling Scholarship application form for Chinese Government Scholarship- Bilateral (Cooperation). But I am having difficulties in finding Agency number of the Chinese Embassy in Rwanda.

Anyone who knows can help me because deadline is approaching and I would like to benefit from such important opportunity
