About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

Poland citizen to travel to China

The requirements forth said :" please offer the copy of Polish Resident permit if applicants are foreigner", my friend is Polish, not foreigner... so what should he prepare for this item? Is that okay for bring his Polish ID copy? Thanks for your answer.

If a Poland citizen applies for it in his home country, his passport is enough.
