i have a work book and residence permit in china。  My husband from nigeria wants to apply for S1.Please what are the required documents。thanks。Dali.

He needs to provide his passport and its photocopy, a fully completed application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation from you and copies of your passport and residence permit, as well your marriage certificate.
