Tourist Visa to China - Not sure how many entries I need

I am a Canadian citizen. I will from Vancouver to Shanghai, Shanghai to Dalian, Dalian to Beijing, Beijing to Laos, and then at the end of my 35 trip from Phnom Pen to Vancouver which connects in Shanghai. How many entries would I need? One, Two, or Multiple?
