144 hrs Visa Exemption

Please advise if my trip to China and Japan with my wife visiting friends and country in the following below schedule as a 144 Hrs free transit will work:
I live in the Island of Puerto Rico, Caribbean a USA Territory and will fly to London UK on the 2/15/2017 then fly to Shanghai on 2/18/20174 asking for the 144 hrs free transit till the 2/24/2017 by departing to Hong Kong and then Return back on 2/26/2017 thru Guangzhou International Airport and request a 144 hrs free transit to visit another Friend in this province then fly on 3/1/2017 back to London and finally fly on 3/4/2017 back home to Puerto Rico.

London-Shanghai 2/18/2017 Requesting a 144 Hrs free transit
Shanghai- Hong Kong 2/24/2017
Hong Kong – Guangzhou 2/26/2017 Requesting a 144 Hrs free transit

London-Puerto Rico 3/4/2017
