is it ok to make a loan this day?

im Heremia Artuz Sulayao born on Sept.17,1978 only want to know if is ok to make a loan on a lending company this day.Hoping for your answer thank...and also i read in other feng shui my unlucky color is black is it true?

Heremia,
Do not take any loans this year, especially now when Jupiter transits over your Natal Uranus. Wait for better times when you could do that in 2018. Black is not your unlucky color, so please, don't believe what you've heard.
