Office hours of Gongbei Immigration to process VOA

I hear that nowadays, to entry China from HK or Macau, that is no more VOA, is it like that? If this is not true, what time we can process to make VOA to China from Gongbei immigration. Is it saturday and sunday also open? FYI I hold an Indonesian passport.
