I'm holding a ghanaian passport but living in china now with my Chinese wife please I have my country Man who live in Belgium but he's a belgian citizen want me to visit him so  what are some of the requirements needed from him and me to go for the VISA application please .Thanks

Michael, you can apply for a tourist visa for Belgium to visit your friend there. You need to provide those documents including your passport and its photocopy, the application form, 2 passport-style photos, proof of your residence permit in China, proof of a valid travel insurance policy, language preference form, proof of your financial support, travel itinerary, flight reservation, and an invitation letter from your friend in Belgium.
