whether is it advisable to take my daughter of 2 years old to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain?

I heard that the air is thin up there. Also, I have high blood pressure, is it safe for me to go? If not advisable to go to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, then I plan to just go Blue Moon Valley. Any idea how much it cost to go Blue Moon Valley without going to Jade Dragon Snow? Kindly advice
