About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I use the 72hr transit visa

Arrive at 16th February 8.15pm in Beijing from Seoul
Leave at 19th February 12.10pm from Beijing to London

That looks like it's with the 72-hour limit so it should work.

Since last year october Beijing went back to the old regulation that the 72h start at the scheduled arrival.
So I am afraid your stay is over 72h.
