About:China Visa Application in UK

I just got my visa application back with requests of missing documents they wanted me to send

IM a uk citizen have been since birth,
one of the circled things is both parents passports with indefinite leave in the UK (thats me and my partner we have a small daughter). i thought ILR was for non uk citizens. also has anyone had trouble getting a tourist visa with only a one way booking as we plan to travel to seoul from china after 22/23 days but havent got round to booking a flight yet? will this be a problem.

You should submit your application at the Visa Centre in the country where you lawfully reside.
