I have not yet booked my hotel in Macao. Apart from flying, may I know what is the fastest way to travel to Hong Kong Disneyland? The more details you provide the better. Thanks in advance!

You are advised to take a ferry from Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal to get to China Ferry Terminal in HK first. Then walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, take West Rail Line to Nam Cheong Station and Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. Afterwards, walk south around 100 yards to find the theme park.
