I arrive Pudong International Airport need to stay in Yunyue Hotel.

What transportation is fast and cheap? What metro line or bus will reach Yunyue Hotel (near Yuyuan Area)?

You can take subway line 2 from PVG to East Nanjing Road Station, Exit 3. Then transfer to public bus no.66 (interzonal vehicle) to South Henan Road East Fuxing Road. After arriving, walk to the destination directly.
