English speakers in Tijuana Consulate?
Hi, I am British, and my wife is Mexican. I have a work permit here in Mexico. We are going to be travelling to China in a month's time and we have some questions. First, can I go alone to the consulate on behalf of both of us? We live in southern Sonora, so the trip is long and expensive. It would save us lots of money if just myself was to go. Secondly, if I am to go by myself, do the staff at the consulate in Mexico speak English? Also, can the application forms be in English? Many thanks for your time! Martin.
