To Huangyaguan, you can take subway line 3 to Railway Station, then walk to Tongsha Bus Station to take a bus to Jixian County, then charter a local car to the site. The bus schedule is at 7:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:40 and the local car ride takes about CNY 25-30. To Panshan Scenic Area: Also take a long-distance bus from Tongsha Bus Station to Jixian County, then charter a local car or share one with other travelers to the site. The local car ride costs about CNY 25 per passenger.
