About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Sydney to DPRK via Beijing

We are planning to go to North Korea within the next 5 years. Due to the briefing required from KoryoGroup's office in Beijing, are we allowed to leave the airport as their office is in the administrative area of Beijing.

Thomas, if your layover time in Beijing is less than 72 hours, you qualify for the 72h free transit policy in Beijing. During the layover time, you are allowed to go the office as it's located in the administrative area of Beijng.
