About:China Visa

Going travel to Shanghai

Hello!
My name is Kseniia, I am Russian. Working in Tokyo as 正社員. My company is planning travel trip to Shanghai for 4 days. As I am a Rusiian, I need visa to go to China. Could you be kind and explain what I need to get visa. What documents from personally me and from my company do I need to apply?

Kseniia, if you go to Shanghai for sightseeing purpose, a tourist L visa is needed. You just need to provide your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, your work permit in Japan, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. No document from your company is needed.
