Hi, I need to fly to Shanghai urgently as my grandmother is not feeling well. Now I remembered that I need a visa but I cannot get a visa due to closed office at the Chinese Visa Application Centre during CNY. Can I use the transit visa by flyingLondon - Shanghai Shanghai - Abu Dhabi (or other stopover) - London?
